Payment Details

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your reservation through your email confirmation under 'Manage Reservation'.

Reservations are only fully refunded in the following cases:

  • Within 30 minutes after booking your reservation
  • Up to 24 hours before your booked entry time

Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the reservation will not be refunded.

Please note, it takes a maximum of 5 working days to process refunds.

Last-minute changes reduce the availability of our parking garages, we follow this policy to offer as many users as possible an affordable parking space!
