Yes, you can change the date, time and number plate of your booking up to one hour before your booking. Go to your personal access page and click on 'Manage your booking'. Here you can also cancel your booking.
If you pre-book online, you pay for the selected time and date. If you chose to park per minute, you will pay exactly for the time parked. The hourly rates for parking per minute and booking in advance are the same. It's up to you, a guaranteed spot or paying by the minute.
No, you can use our platform and services without creating an account. When you’re making a booking, just fill in your details so we can send you a confirmation and instructions.
Although, creating an account has many benefits. We save all your parking sessions in one place. You can easily re-book your favourite spot and checkout is even faster.
You don't need to, but parking with our app is much more convenient. You can book your space, start and stop the parking session and manage your booking all in one place.

Yes, you open the entrance, exit, and any pedestrian doors via your smartphone. Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
