How to use the app
With the ParkBee app, you can search, book, and pay for a parking space in seconds, leaving you with more time to enjoy your day. Booking your spot Enter your destination, we will show you all available spots nearby. Found the perfect location? Book it right away to secure your spot. Time to park Navigate to your chosen ParkBee location using the app. Upon arrival, start your parking session and open the entry with one tap. Ready to leave? Stop your parking session and open the exit. If you decide to stay longer, no problem—we extend your session automatically. You can pay for the extra time in the app when you return.Frequently asked questions
The app is available in Dutch, English and French for users in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. The app is not available in the UK yet, but we are working on it.
Go to 'Parking sessions', tap on 'Past', here you'll see the overview of your previous bookings made with the app. When you create an account you'll also see your previous bookings made on our website.
We offer cashless payment, you can pay using our secure online payment methods. At the checkout, you can choose from options such as Apple Pay, iDEAL, Credit Card, and PayPal.
You can download the app in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Search for "ParkBee" to download the app and start enjoying a more streamlined parking experience.
