Yes, you open the entrance, exit, and any pedestrian doors via your smartphone. Make sure you have a stable internet connection.

No, you can use our platform and services without creating an account. When you’re making a booking, just fill in your details so we can send you a confirmation and instructions. Although, creating an account has many benefits. We save all your parking sessions in one place. You can easily re-book your favourite spot and checkout is even faster.

You don't need to, but parking with our app is much more convenient. You can book your space, start and stop the parking session and manage your booking all in one place. You can also park with your favourite parking app. When you open the app, select a ParkBee location and drive in with the push of a button.
